4/18 Update

Rev. Joy Anderson visited with our class on Sunday and told us about lots of mission opportunities in which we can participate as a class, couples, or individuals. Brad M. was headed to the Neighborhood Service Council with Ashley and Cat to check it out today. I'm sure he will be reporting back soon, and we will figure out a way to tell everyone about the mission opportunities and decide as a class what and when we would like to participate. Some things require us to get our name on a list fairly soon. You can also let Brad know if you would like to help out at the rescheduled Amigos Days this Friday or Saturday (if needed).

You should have received an email from Jeff W. about the other topic discussed in class...the future direction of FUMCR.

Don't forget about dropping off your cookies for the Cookie Caper if you signed up and the Radical Hospitality Focus Group on Wednesday evening.

We forgot to do Joys & Concerns as we were so busy sharing information in one hour so please let us know if you have any.

See you all next Sunday as we continue the Three Simple Rules series.

Amanda
