Class Update 11/1

Last Sunday, we took a break from the '...Controversies" series, and discussed some of the attributes of and ways to maintain a happy marriage. It was good to have a little bit lighter topic thrown in with the controversies. :) Thanks, Cale, for leading this week's discussion.

I have two questions for each of you, which we'd like to get a reply about within the next day or two. When we polled the class on Sunday, it was determined that several couples will be out of town this coming Sunday, Nov 8. So, first off, we've decided to postpone our TopGolf class social until a later date when more people will able to attend. Now, for the questions.
1. Are you planning on being in class this Sunday, Nov 8?
2. If you are going to be in class, would you like to lead the discussion topic?

The Welborns have plenty of materials for discussion topics, including the Confronting the Controversies series, the FaithLink newsletter, etc... or you could bring a topic of your own if you have something else that you'd like to discuss with the class. Please reply to me and copy the Welborns (addresses above) so that we know if a.) we have someone to lead the discussion, and b.) if we'll have enough people in class to hold a discussion... :) We'll send out another email either tomorrow or Friday letting everyone know whether class will be held.

Please keep the Carlo's families in your prayers. Christy's mom had surgery for a hernia, and Daniel's dad will have surgery on Nov 9 to remove a neuroendocrine tumor from his pancreas.

Please send me a reply if you'll be in class this week and/or if you'd like to facilitate the discussion topic.
